I'm an inveterate designer-builder-maker who left corporate landscape architecture at the start of the pandemic for a more tactile and engaging corner of the built environment. From entry gates to full rooms, I have an uncommon eye for texture and detail, and I'm equally pleased to accept projects at varying scales.

Because I don't have a large staff to support, I can work with clients in ways that might be harder for bigger outfits. Sometimes the right move is to tear out the whole thing and start over, but often it makes sense to think more carefully about what's kept and discarded. Inspirational design photos are fun, but let's puzzle out the real-life mix of texture / color / patina / soft & rough / peculiar & ordinary / old & new that makes you feel right in your home environment.
